Thoughts on Fuqua
I have fallen in love with a girl named Fuqua. She's smart, she's gorgeous, and she just feels right. Don't get me wrong, our relationship has been very unorthodox from the start.
The first thing I did was propose marriage. She has many suitors, most of whom are worthy, so I had to be careful to state my case. I had to show her what I could offer her that nobody else could. I even got two other people to recommend that she let me into her life. I did this without having met her. Oh, I'd seen pictures and read tales of her greatness, but had never experienced it firsthand.
Then, I met her. We met for the first time and spent a whirlwind 26 hours together. It was amazing. The tales I had heard did not do her justice. The only problem was that since we had just met, I couldn't read her very well. I know I would make an excellent partner, but couldn't get a sense of how she felt.
Then at the end of our amazing date, she tells me "Well, it's been fun. On January 18th, I'll let you know if I will marry you." Asking Fuqua to marry me was hard. Waiting for the answer will be brutal.

Good thing I had another comment-er to point me in the right direction. I was a little lost. Fuqua would be a nice name for a girl though. Like, especially if you were in an argument with her.

Just to clarify, Fuqua isn't pronounced the way you think it is. It's (FEW-kwa).
